The promoter is: 1145804 Ontario Ltd. doing business as Toronto Hemp Company (THC) and Vapor Central - address of office and store is 665 Yonge St, Toronto M4Y1Z9, Canada.
Our competitions are open to residents of Canada aged 19 years or over except employees of 1145804 Ontario Ltd. and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected to the organization or judging of the competition.
Our competitions are not open to residents of Quebec.
Our competitions are open only to entrants willing and able to pick up any prize won at the Toronto Hemp Company (THC) store at 665 Yonge Street Toronto M4Y1Z9 Canada (prizes will not be shipped).
There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
By entering one of our competitions an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the Route To Entry, only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
The closing date for entry will be as stated on the Route To Entry or will be at 12:01AM on the date of the winning announcement - whichever is earlier. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter
The promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control, or for any reason at its sole discretion and without any notice.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prize is stated on the Route To Entry and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by Promoter and/or its agents. The first selected contestant to correctly answer the mandatory mathematical skill-testing question shall be declared the winner, subject to meeting all the conditions described in these rules.
The winner will be notified by email and/or post or DM on Twitter / Facebook / Instagram and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted, is unable to correctly answer the mandatory mathematical skill-testing question, or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected (generally at Toronto Hemp Company (THC) store at 665 Yonge St, Toronto M4Y1Z9, Canada).
The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Ontario and Canadian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario and/or Canada.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and Social Network username and images in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Ontario/Canada data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
The winner's name will be available 28 days after the closing date by emailing store@torontohemp.com
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions
